Number 1 Marina Court -  This Sea View Apartment has one of the very best views in Torquay. From its living room and outside on its private terrace the views stretch from Torquay Harbour and Marina round to Paignton and beyond to Brixham; the ever changing seascape is enchanting at all times of the year - in the summer blue skies and blue seas really give you that Riviera feeling with amazing sunsets, whilst in the quieter out of season months you can enjoy the drama and majesty of dramatic skies and seas.

Fabulous as the view is, the apartment has a charm all of its own and offers up to 4 guests a comfortable and spacious place to stay.

The apartment itself  is spacious with more than 55 square meters of space.

At the heart of the apartment is an open plan living room and kitchen, A door from the lounge opens on to a sun drenched terrace with steps down on to a communial garden with a secret back gate leading to the steps to The Royal Terrace Gardens which in turn takes you down to the seafront and the harbour with dozens of eateries; all just a few minutes walk from the property.

The Bedrooms at Number 1 Marina Court:

The main bedroom is at the rear of the apartment and has a cosy tranquil feel and is ideal for guests wanting to recharge their batteries after a busy day out on The English Riviera. It features a luxury pocket sprung king size bed which can be split into two singles (On Request). There is plenty of rail space as well as additional space to store luggage. The second bedroom is next to the living room and has views out across The Bay. This bedroom has a luxury memory foam double bed. There is a chic free standing hanging rack in this bedroom. 

The bathrooms at Number 1 Marina Court:

The main bedroom has its own spacious ensuite which consists of a bath with a shower over plus of course a basin and toilet. The second family bathroom has a large shower cubicle plus a basin and toilet.

Outside Space at Number 1 Marina Court:

The apartment has its own private south facing sunny terrace with patio furniture. From this terrace there are specatucular sea views guests will never get tired of. The terrace has a set of steps leading down into a beautiful and well kept communal garden. And from this garden a gate leads out onto Rock Walk and the illuminated stairway that takes you down to the seafront and the Princess Theatre opposite.

Parking At Number 1 Marina Court:

Although there is no parking at the property itself, there is unrestricted, free on street parking outside the building and even in the busier months parking is seldom more than a couple of minutes' walk from the property. A public long stay car park is also available at the end of the road.
