In 2021, our Lisburne Place property was completely refurbished from top to bottom with new bathrooms and kitchen and flooring and furnishings. It is now a fabulous, stylish, three bedroom, luxury, property with a fantastic location close to Torquay harbour and town centre and with a whole host of amenities right on its doorstep. It has more than 105 square meters of space.

Living Space At Lisburne Place

The property features a superb open plan living space on the ground floor which stretches from the front to the rear of the property. There are two sumptuous designer leather sofas, one for two people and one for three. There is also an arm chair. The living space also features a curved screen TV and a chic all glass dining table with chairs for dining in or when guests might need space to work.

 

Cooking and Dining At Lisburne Place

The kitchen is modern and high end and features plenty of work space for cooking and all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you could need for a self catering break. There is a Bosch Oven and Microwave. Additional appliances include a dishwasher and washing machine plus Smeg appliances such as kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

There is direct access from the kitchen onto the private courtyard at the rear and the communal courtyard beyond where the parking is located.

 

Bedrooms At Lisburne Place

The main bedroom is located on the top floor of the property (second floor) and it spans the full width and length of the property and features a stunning wooden king sized bedstead as well as a sofa and flat screen TV. It has its own luxury private shower room ensuite. (see below)

The second bedroom is situated beneath on the first floor of the property and overlooks the rear courtyard. It has a luxury pocket sprung double bed  with a feature headboard and has plenty of  wardrobe and drawer storage plus a flat screen TV

The third bedroom is also on the first floor and is set as a twin bedroom (two singles). This room also has wardrobe storage and a TV.

 

Bathrooms At Lisburne Place

On the ground floor of the property there is a very useful cloakroom with toilet and wash basin. On the first floor, there is the family bathroom which features a bath with shower over plus basin and toilet.

On the second floor and ensuite to the main bedroom there is a shower room.

 

Outside Space At Lisburne Place

From the kitchen there is access to a very sunny courtyard garden with pots of exotic plants and a table and chairs plus a sofa for outside use. There is a gate which then leads to a communal courtyard where the garage parking is located.

 

Parking At Lisburne Place

Parking is accessed through a set of electric gates into a communal courtyard. Guests have an allocated parking space directly outside the rear of the property..​

The Lisburne Place Town House is all about location. It is located a short , easy walk from Torquay harbour and town centre. attractions such as Torquay Museum are just seconds away as are a number of great restaurants, cafes and takeaways.
