Platinum Collection

To be part of our platinum collection of properties each has to satisfy a number of criteria. 

• They are furnished and decorated to a high standard and feature indivdual pieces of high quality furniture and / or artwork.
• Added to that our Platinum Collection of Properties have all been subject to substantial or complete makeovers in the last two years and feature new high quality bathrooms and/or kitchens.
• For properties with more than one bedroom there should be additional bathroom(s)
• They each also have some outside space in the form of a private courtyard, terrace or garden.
• There is private parking.
