The block stands in a prominent position on Torquay seafront and the apartment benefits from sea views. The apartment has an open plan living space which incorporates a kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area and a seating area where up to 4 people can sit back and relax in comfort watching the flat screen SMART TV or else taken in the sea view from both the windows.

The living space also includes a modern, stylish, well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar which means guests can prepare meals but still be involved with their fellow guests.. It is equipped with a electric hob, electric oven, washing machine and a dishwasher plus microwave. The washing machine includes a dryer. For a more formal dining option there is a beaitful dining area with glass table and four chairs..

There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom features a luxury king sized bed and enjoys plenty of wardrobe space as well as a stunning ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over, which would put most top hotels to shame. The second bedroom has the benefit of being able to be configured as a super king or else as two singles (on request). Once again, this bedroom also has great wardrobe space.

The apartment benefits from 2 bathrooms, firstly a wonderful, good sized luxury family bathroom with shower, so that guests can get ready quickly in the morning to make the very best of their time away. The second bathroom is a lovely ensuite located in the master bedroom with a bath, for those moments when guests might want a good soak after a day out exploring the English Riviera.This bathroom also has a shower over the bath and a wonderful vanity unit and toilet.

Outside Space at Sea View Suite

Although there is no outside space for the apartment as such, there is space on the walkway outside the front door for a couple of chairs and a table. These are located inside the bedroom wardrobe.

In the event of the need to evacuate the building, there will be no access to the lift. Guests and residents who are unable to exit the building via the stairs will be required to stay in the property and await assistance.
