The Seaview Apartment, 7 Ellington Court has a breathtaking view over Torquay seafront; a view that millionaires dream of and one which makes you really feel that you are on holiday somewhere special. But the apartment is also so much more than just a spectacular view. The apartment sits within one of Torquay's famous Victorian villas and Ellington Court has the added interest of being a blue plaque property with an exceptionally interesting former occupant -  Commander Philip Leslie Johns.

Having a central location means that it is easy to access all that Torquay and The English Riviera has to offer. The apartment also has its own allocated parking space within the gated development of Ellington Court.

The St Luke's area of Torquay is quite hilly but suitable for anyone with average or better than average levels of fitness. For guests with mobility issues, taxis are plentiful and can get guests down to the seafront in seconds. It is possible to get to Torquay seafront is less than ten minutes on foot.

Living Space at Sea View Apartment

The real star of the apartment is the living space. Three large windows provide guests with a stunning view over Torquay seafront and as it is west facing some spectacular sunsets. There is a large corner sofa which allows up to 4 guests to stretch out and relax in comfort. If they can tear their attention away from the view, there is a modern SMART TV and a flame effect fire.

Cooking and Dining at Sea View Apartment

The living space also includes a modern, stylish, well equipped kitchen with a centre island which means guests can prepare meals but still be involved with their fellow guests.. It is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, washing machine and a dishwasher plus microwave. We provide all guests with a complimentary welcome pack that includes teas, coffees, biscuits and milk etc.

Usefully located right next to the kitchen is the dining area with a fabulous dining table table and seating where up to 4 people can dine in comfort.

Obviously, most guests will be coming away for a break and might well want to have someone else to do the work; to make that easier there is a restaurant list featuring dozens of eateries that are just a few  minutes walk from the property or else good quality takeaways many of whom deliver.

The Bedrooms at Sea View Apartment

The bedrooms are approached via a small internal staircase to a slightly lower level. The main bedroom features a luxury king sized bed and enjoys plenty of wardrobe space as well as additional space to store luggage. The bedrooms are wonderfully tranquil . Next door to the main bedroom is the second bedroom which has two single beds. This bedroom also has great wardrobe space.

The apartment has a wonderful, good sized family bathroom with a bath for those precious moments when guests might want a good soak after a day out exploring the English Riviera. But there is also a shower over so that guests can get ready quickly in the morning to make the very best of their time away.

Outside Space at Sea View Apartment

There are communal outside gardens at the rear of the building. Here you will find a lawned area from which there are views of  Torquay seafront. Out of consideration for our neighbours, it is requested that children should not be not left unattended in this area.

Parking At Sea View Apartment

The apartment has one allocated parking space which is labelled number 7. This is accessed via electric gates from the road which means that parking is nice and secure. The parking space is at the rear of the property down a slope.
