Apartment 3 is situated on the ground floor of the building and is accessed via the grand main hallway. With over 45 square meters of space, this is a fabulous apartment for two people to really spread out and enjoy.
The apartment benefits from a large living area which has a massive bay window overlooking the gardens at the rear of the property. There is a sofa and armchair as well as a table and chairs for dining at or else for use as a place to do work.
We are delighted to welcome well behaved pets into the apartment (please check with us for charges) and have lots of information available to make a break away with your four legged companion a really enjoyable one.
The bedroom has large picture windows overlooking the Rose Garden at the side of the property. The bed can be configured as a twin or a super king. All bedding and towels are included in the price of the apartment and for guests staying more than seven nights we offer a complimentary bedding and towel change. We have a communal laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers - we supply complimentary detergent. There are also ironing facilities available too.
The apartment has had a completely refitted shower room with an easy to access shower 1800mm long and featuring a luxury Mira Azure shower and funky designer tiles.
Finally, there is a well equipped kitchen with a full sized oven and electric hob and now a newly installed dishwasher. . A welcome pack of teas and coffees etc is provided.
Free wifi comes as standard and there is off road parking for all guests in our car park.
